How to delete your account

To delete your offlead account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the offlead app on your device
2. Go to Settings (usually found in the profile or menu section)
3. Look for "Account Settings" or "Delete Account"
4. Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion

If you cannot find the delete option in the app, please contact us at info@offlead.app and we'll help you delete your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your profile information will be permanently removed
• Your saved favourite fields will be deleted
• Your reviews and ratings will be removed
• Your account data will be permanently erased from our systems

How to delete your account

To delete your offlead account and all associated data, please email us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your email address associated with the account
• Your user ID (if you have it)
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account
• Reason for deletion (optional, but helpful for us)

What we'll do

1. We'll verify your identity to protect your account
2. We'll permanently delete all your personal data
3. We'll remove your account from our systems
4. We'll send you a confirmation email

How long does it take?

We aim to process account deletion requests within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
