1. About offlead

offlead helps dog owners discover secure private dog fields across the UK through our website and mobile app. We provide field information, search tools, reviews, favourites, and links to field owners or their booking systems.

2. No direct bookings unless stated

Unless a field page clearly says otherwise, offlead does not take bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations, or refunds. When you use an owner website, phone number, or third-party booking platform, your booking is with that field owner or provider and is subject to their terms.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to save favourites, leave reviews, use app features, and access future personalised services. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

4. Field information

We work to keep field information accurate, but listings may include owner-provided details, public information, user contributions, and third-party data. Facilities, prices, opening hours, and rules can change. Always check directly with the field owner before visiting or booking.

5. Visits and dog safety

You are responsible for your dog, your group, and your decision to visit any field. Follow field rules, local laws, welfare requirements, XL Bully or breed-specific legal duties where relevant, and owner instructions. Assess the suitability of any field before allowing your dog off lead.

6. Reviews, photos, and content

If you submit reviews, ratings, photos, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, relevant, and that you have the right to share it. You grant offlead a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content to operate and promote the service. We may remove content that appears abusive, misleading, illegal, or irrelevant.

7. Field owners

Field owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, safety of their premises, booking terms, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws. Promoted placements or owner tools may be subject to additional terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse offlead, scrape the service at scale without permission, attempt to bypass security, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also remove listings, features, reviews, or accounts where needed for quality, safety, legal, or security reasons.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, offlead is not responsible for field owner actions, third-party booking systems, field conditions, dog behaviour, injury, loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
