Delete Your offlead Account

Delete on the website

Signed in on offlead.app? Go to Account settings, scroll to Delete account, and follow the prompts.

Delete from the app

1. Open the offlead app.
2. Go to your profile or account settings.
3. Choose the delete account option if available in your app version.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app or cannot find the delete option, use the email request below.

Delete by email

Email us from the address linked to your offlead account:

hello@offlead.app

Please include “Delete my offlead account” in the subject line. If you know your user ID, include it, but do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

What we delete

• Your offlead account profile and authentication-linked user record.
• Your saved favourite fields and account preferences.
• Your dog profiles and app profile data, where present.
• Your reviews, ratings, and uploaded photos where they can be linked to your account.
• Your check-ins and user activity records where they can be linked to your account.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, tax, or backup reasons. Where possible, retained records will be anonymised or separated from your account identity.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify that you control the account email before deletion.
