  • Interactive map showing dog fields near your location
  • Detailed information about dog fields including features, pricing, and contact details
  • User reviews and ratings system
  • Advanced search and filtering capabilities
  • Direct links to field owners' booking systems

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We strive to provide accurate information about dog fields, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Field details are provided by field owners and may change without notice.

6.2 Booking Services

offlead does not process bookings directly. We provide links to field owners' booking systems. All bookings are subject to the field owner's terms and conditions.

6.3 Field Visits

You are responsible for:

  • Following field rules and regulations
  • Ensuring your dog's behaviour and safety
  • Respecting field property and facilities
  • Complying with local laws and regulations

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by offlead and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

9.2 Field Safety

We do not guarantee the safety or suitability of any dog field. You are responsible for assessing field conditions and ensuring your dog's safety.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, offlead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless offlead from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App.
